ENTER27 Doctoral Workshop Call for Proposals

ENTER, News

The tourism sector is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by recent technological developments. This presents challenges for the industry, academic researchers, and doctoral students alike. Supporting the next generation of scholars is crucial to improving the quality of research and advancing the complex domain of information and communication technology in tourism.

The ENTER27 is organizing a one-day workshop for doctoral students, who are encouraged to present their research proposals (in any stage of development) related to information and communication technologies in travel and tourism. They will then receive valuable feedback from members of the IFITT community in a supportive environment. Students can also find answers to their academic and research career questions, as well as expanding their network with peers, researchers, industry professionals and university representatives from around the world.

 The workshop:

  • FREE for Ph.D. and doctoral-level students registered with ENTER27
  • All submitted doctoral proposals will be evaluated for an Outstanding Proposal award
  • IFITT offers students discounts on registration fees for the ENTER27 eTourism conference
