Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be provided in writing via email to [email protected]. The Conference Organizers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the program. Cancellations received before 23rd November will have full refund. Cancellations received prior 17th December (17th included) will have a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received by 18th December won’t have any refund of the registration fee.
ENTER27 Hybrid or Online Conference Fee
The terms of any hybrid or online version of the Conference shall be agreed between IFITT and the Local Host and negotiated if and when such situation arises.
