IFITT is pleased to invite you to submit your applications for IFITT Board elections.
In the upcoming election, there are five open Board positions available.
These are:
• IFITT President
• 4 Board Members
You can submit your application between 23rd November, 2023 and 21st December 2023 via https://ifitt.net/ifitt-board-elections/
Please note you will need to log in to the membership area prior to being able to submit your application. This means you need to be a current member to be able to apply for any of the available positions. All members, regardless of the type of membership they have, are eligible to apply and join the Board. Additionally, IFITT warmly welcomes new members who possess the qualifications to contribute to the Board. If you are aware of an individual who fits these criteria but is not currently a member, we kindly encourage you to share this opportunity with them. IFITT requires the Board members to be actively involved and enforces a 2-term limit. The limit allows each member to serve two consecutive terms, with each term lasting two years.
After the nomination process, voting will commence on 11th January 2024. This will be facilitated by our membership area on www.ifitt.net.
Voting for board members will close on 18th January 2024 during the AGM taking place at the ENTER24 conference and online (link to attend will be shared with all IFITT members). The results will be announced during this event.
IFITT Board members are in a unique position to enable global knowledge generation and sharing in ICTs in travel, tourism, and hospitality. Contributing to the IFITT board enables developing global networks in the field and getting an insider perspective. All IFITT board members are entitled to a free registration for the ENTER conference. Board member activities are related to managing the organization and organizing activities that take the mission forward.
