Caroline van Beesten – van der Veen serves as Vice President of EMEA Technology & Global Deployment at Hilton, where she leads digital transformation initiatives across one of the world’s largest hospitality organizations. Over the course of 16 years with Hilton, she has directed the successful deployment of property management, revenue management, and sales platforms across more than 35 countries. Most recently, she oversaw the global rollout of Hilton’s Property Experience Platform (PEP) to over 5,000 hotels. Beginning her career in hotel operations at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Caroline combines deep operational insight with strategic technology leadership, establishing her as a recognized authority on digital innovation within the hospitality sector.
